Get Ready…..
It’s Festival Time!

This year to raise funds for Southside student activities and events we are hosting a community festival and silent auction on:

Saturday, June 6th 2009
10am to 4pm at the Southside School!

Our festival will include:

• Games for the whole family
  (guitar hero to the bean bag toss)
• Vendors
• Food
• Local fire, police and ambulance will be giving demonstrations with their vehicles
• Shuttle parking available

We will be selling .25 cent tickets that can be used for the games and food.  In return you will receive special tickets from certain games that can be turned in for prizes.

Here are ways your family can get involved and make this festival fundraiser a success:

• Bring your family to carnival!
• Join our great planning team
• Sign up to work a 3-hour shift during the festival
• Donate small prizes that can be used for the ticket exchange
• Help with set up and/or take down

All monies raised from this event fund student activities such as field trips, assemblies, family nights and events, and the Southside Education Foundation Scholarship Awards.
